BR Realty, Inc. was founded by Real Estate Broker Russell M. Robbins, Esq. (a licensed Florida attorney since 2001 and a licensed real estate broker since 2005).  Mr. Robbins earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1998 and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2000. 

Mr. Robbins holds the distinction of being Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both the fields of Condominium and Planned Development Law (2018) and Real Estate Law (2007), a title held by less than 25 attorneys state-wide and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of real estate law and community association law.  Mr. Robbins is a member agent for Attorneys Title Fund Services, LLC and Stewart Title Guaranty Company and has experience in closing thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions, from the most routine to the most complex.

Mr. Robbins has been a featured presenter for the Florida Association of Realtors and provided consultation to the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee on its recent revisions to the Condominium Rider.  An expert in Florida community association law, Mr. Robbins served as the Vice Chair of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s Condominium and Planned Development Committee from 2022-2024.
